Everyone on the staff was friendly, yet the sausage at breakfast had a strong animal odor that made it hard to eat, which feels like a gap between Japan and overseas.

The personnel were very courteous, but although the breakfast buffet was plentiful, it felt somewhat monotonous with little variety in the dishes.

The location, room, and free parking were good, but there was a lack of attention: no coffee, no milk, no corkscrew, etc. We also had a dispute about a room upgrade, and it was obvious at checkout that a plan existed. The staff had stern faces and didn’t listen. I’ll stay outside the city next time.
