“Nada acogedor”

The staff and housekeeping are solid. The restaurant food was average and pricey, the bed and pillows were mediocre, and the TV didn’t work.

“Decent 2* hotel”

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find the outdoor pool still open on October 12. The rooms were spacious, though the interior and furnishings were quite basic. Plenty of parking was available and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The hotel sits about 3 km from Olvera’s old town, making it a good choice for those who prefer a quieter spot away from the centre. Beware that the advertised “breakfast €5” is misleading. There is no buffet, so we asked the waiter what the €5 breakfast included. He said it was coffee and one bread with several topping options. We chose the ham‑and‑cheese option, but we were charged €8 per person instead, claiming they served us a special ham. The price‑quality ratio is poor; I’d strongly recommend eating breakfast in the old town instead. Also note that breakfast service at the hotel only starts at 9 am.

“Olvera piacevole scoperta❤️”

Above and beyond expectations in cleanliness and courtesy. We dined, slept, and had breakfast at this very distinctive hotel and felt very comfortable; the prices were fair, the food good, and the staff courteous. Nothing to add—there was also a bidet in the bathroom.
