“Good”
The location is great—just a short walk from Metro line M2 and a Havaist stop—and the staff were friendly even though there was a language barrier, but the room isn’t very roomy, especially if you have oversized luggage.

The bus stop for Istanbul Airport and the metro are nearby, and the room is wide with large windows that offer a good view. I arrived early in the morning and they let me into the room right away. When checking in, they said they would accept cash in euros even though I had already confirmed that, but then insisted on a credit card; after negotiating, I paid in cash.
I liked only the location, close to the shuttle stop to the New Airport. We were assigned a loft‑floor room, but the elevator didn’t reach that floor, so I had to haul my suitcase up a steep staircase. For some reason there was no duvet cover, just a bare blanket, and I didn’t have the energy to ask for anything else, so I covered myself with a towel. Overall, the price‑to‑quality ratio felt high for a hotel like this.
