The resort was lovely and met all our expectations as a family of four; everyone found something enjoyable. The mix of nature, beauty, and calm, plus fun events, extra activities like boat tours, and evening shows, made the stay pleasant. The beach stayed clean and was kept in good shape by the kindest staff who welcomed us daily, gave us sunbeds, and offered great suggestions for my next trip to Palawan. The food was delicious every time, diverse, well cooked, and even vegetarians had plenty of options. One area that could use improvement is the transfer request process for moving to the upper villas. While staying in a maisonette at the top of the hill, we appreciated the golf cart service that took us back to our accommodation whenever we needed it. However, the process of requesting a transfer was not streamlined and was a bit confusing for both drivers and guests. The reception team tried to coordinate everything, but they were also busy with multiple check‑ins and other guests. Each time we had to ask them for a request, then get updates, then ask who the driver was and where they were, which was uncomfortable to do repeatedly during our stay. Since the resort has an app, adding a transfer request feature that connects guests directly with drivers could help.
