The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt very at ease throughout our stay. There was nothing significant to complain about, and overall we were very satisfied.

The staff were friendly and courteous, the breakfast was light but good, and the hotel’s central location put the port and all other transport modes within walking distance. The rooftop area was beautiful. Unfortunately, the bathroom light kept flickering, so a repair person had to visit twice during my stay, and the problem was still unresolved when I left—or at least I think it was resolved after I went. I had to shower and get ready with the flickering lights.

The reception and cleanliness were great, and the breakfast was also good. The décor was fantastic, and the terrace was wonderful, especially with coffee and tea in the evening for a relaxing moment. The only issue was the door handles; the security system triggered, but fortunately no one was inside. It can happen.
