Hotel Luxor

The rooms, the facilities, the supplies, the breakfast, the ideal location under the pine trees, and especially the friendly staff – including receptionist Vanessa who welcomed us with kindness and professionalism – were all top quality. A huge thank you for everything; it was just perfect! Highly recommended for families with children. We plan to stay here again for our next family holiday in the Cervia Milano Marittima area.

“Wir würden hier nicht noch einmal buchen.”

The lady at reception was very nice and the room was clean. However, there were many things that should be better in a four‑star hotel. The building is clearly old. The bathroom is cramped, and the shower head doesn’t stay in place. The minibar was empty, which is unacceptable for a four‑star. The hotel pool is far from the hotel, about 100 m toward the beach, surrounded by houses – not very nice. Breakfast was very simple, and the breakfast room was not very attractive. The staff were somewhat friendly but not very attentive. It still works in the tourist hub of Cervia, but it’s a shame.

Breakfast was super top. The pool was located away from the building, and parking was not available on the premises.

“Siamo state molto bene”

The environment is renovated, modern, and clean, with various areas to spend time in. Breakfast is excellent, abundant, and varied.
