The room size is fine, but some rooms lack natural light and offer no view at all. The hotel manager was not cooperative, there was noise from repair work, we didn’t receive the connected rooms we requested, and the manager was the least apologetic about it; it was our anniversary and the hotel did nothing to make the stay special or memorable.

The location is excellent, just a 10‑minute walk to the Walk of Fame, the room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom comes with Byredo products, the area is safe and quiet, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast, however, costs 39 €, which is excessive.

I loved the location and the view, and breakfast was fantastic. The club was on a basement floor, and drinks such as wine were only available during “licensed” times from 6 pm to 8:30 pm; the food in the afternoons was not exciting.

The property was clean, but when I booked the price was 1475 AUD and I was charged 1789 AUD.
