Great location, shame about the noise. I was right in the heart of everything, which was super convenient, but the street outside was like a party all night – didn't get much sleep. Still, that's the trade-off for being so central, I guess.

The staff were really helpful in the end, refunding our room and checking us into another hotel. We'd booked a comfort room thinking it'd give us some space to unpack, but what we got was a tiny room that didn't match the pics – they claimed they didn't have any Norman rooms available, which was what we'd seen online.
