The spa was fantastic and the staff were always friendly, helpful and smiling, though a few of the rooms felt a bit cramped for a hotel of this standard.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, always checking that we had everything we needed and genuinely happy to help. The entire staff delivered exceptional service throughout. The room was beautiful, with very comfortable beds and even a pillow menu. The hotel was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The gym was very well equipped, offered an amazing view, and the spa was beautiful, relaxing, and luxurious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back!

“Beautiful Hotel with Great Potential, but the Spa and Service Need Improvement”
The hotel looks lovely inside and out, the parking garage is handy and you can get in with a low car without trouble, and the receptionist actually walked us to our room, which is a rare courtesy. The pool and spa are decent, and the room comes with a lot of free extras like slippers, soaps, shower gels, a shaving kit, towels, and more. The view is nice, the sauna on the second floor of the spa is good, and the man running it was helpful. I felt a strange vibe from the staff and didn’t feel especially welcome, perhaps a cultural thing that dented the overall vibe. The room was warm, we got a fan but no air conditioning, and some design choices made the place feel less premium; the glass‑backed nature photos in the rooms, hotel areas, and spa would look better with a matte finish. The spa was the biggest let‑down: it spans two floors but the first floor seemed off‑line during our visit, all saunas were at room temperature, there were more showers than actual saunas or relaxation spots, and an unpleasant odor lingered everywhere; better ventilation and a subtle natural scent would help. The relaxation room was cold and not relaxing. Because the first floor was unusable, we headed to the second floor where the pool and one working sauna were located, but the infinity pool glass was dirty and opaque, ruining the view. Breakfast needs work: the selection is limited, some items were empty, some food didn’t look fresh; it starts at 7:30 but the terrace opens only at 8:00, and when we stepped outside there were many wasps, forcing us and other guests back inside. The spa closes at 19:30, which is too early for a wellness hotel where the spa is a key attraction; it should stay open until at least 20:00 or 20:30. There are also a bunch of small rules and restrictions that create an unnecessarily strict atmosphere; you feel like you’re constantly being told what you can and cannot do instead of just relaxing. The hotel has potential, but these details need fixing to match its premium look.
