“I loved the stay in this house and it felt like home for two days after long walks in national park and mineral springs.”

The property had everything required: a roomy bathroom with a washing machine, a warm shower, a spacious kitchen with appliances, and a large, clean bedroom for two. However, it’s not 600 m from the city centre but about two kilometres, making it less appealing after a long walk. A bus from the city centre is available, but walking takes roughly 15–20 minutes. The yard looks messy, though the interior is extremely comfortable and pleasant.

The room was spacious and perfect for five people, the beds were comfortable with good mattresses, the linens and towels were impeccably clean, the street was quiet, parking was available right outside, and the host was responsive and attentive—thanks for the hospitality!

“Incredible”

We’re thrilled with this place—at such a good price it’s truly the best deal, the hosts are wonderful, the accommodation is top‑tierly organized, privacy is excellent, everything is spotless, and all the essentials—dishes, cooking gear, microwave, stove, fridge, plenty of cutlery—are there. The hairdryer, the well‑designed shower, the AC, and the superb double bed all work perfectly. This was the best stopover on our Georgia trip.

Even without speaking the same language, the welcome was warm. The accommodation was clean and well equipped (a bit of sugar, coffee, etc.—small touches that matter!), the room lighting was nice, and the neighborhood was very pleasant. The mattress seemed a bit worn; two springs popped out at the edge, making it a bit risky.
