The apartment was large and clean, the location quiet, parking ample, and attractions in Latium easily reachable. We had booked a vacation rental with a swimming pool, but there is only one 500 m away at the golf club, priced at 15‑25 EUR per person per day. No go!

Quiet and peaceful, a clean house with two bathrooms and two gardens, sunbeds, and a living room. The home was very comfortable and well‑furnished, and it felt really cozy. Unfortunately, the house was at the far end of the property, so the bar and pool were far away. Moreover, due to drought and lack of watering, there was a fire, which unsettled our sense of safety, and the dry grass around gave a sad impression.

Nice, spacious, and clean apartment. Pretty new, with a fireplace and air‑conditioning. Bracciaro is 15‑20 minutes away. The location is a drawback; there is no pool included and no parking next to the building.

The apartment was fine, everything was available, the beds were good, and the reception staff were friendly. The apartment is on a resort that hasn’t been upgraded beyond its current state (years ago). It’s unfinished, and that shows in the logistics. Bad roads, a place for garbage disposal where the trash isn’t often collected, and the apartment was surrounded by other units also inhabited by locals, which is not a disadvantage.

The apartments were convenient, but the shower had a curtain, making it hard not to get everything wet.
