ISEYA Panoramic Hotel - Chongqing Jiefangbei Yunduan Zhiyan

The hotel is very centrally located. The rooms and facilities were clean. The staff were friendly. The rooms were rather small. Access to the hotel with the elevators is also used by Cloud Eye visitors. It is very busy in the evening/night, and the crowd is quite a hassle.

“Very nice, some pros and cons but still a great experience for a night or two”

The room was amazing with fantastic views and amenities. The in‑room breakfast service was great. It was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit hard the first time to find your way up. The entrance of the building is not very welcoming. The staff is very kind but speaks little or no English. We had an unfortunate miscommunication incident; when in doubt, make sure you were understood properly.

The room was excellent, spacious, and had a beautiful view because it was on the 62nd floor. The location was great. The hotel is in a very tall commercial building that also houses companies, another hotel, and the attraction “Eye in the Clouds.” Finding the hotel was not easy; the signage was poor. You have to change elevators at the 47th floor to reach the lobby and the rooms that start at the 62nd floor. As mentioned, the same building hosts a highly popular tourist attraction. From mid‑afternoon onward, a huge flow of tourists enters the building because of that attraction, so you have to fight for elevator space. Knowing this beforehand would have made me choose a different hotel.

The view from the room was amazing, the equipment was comfortable, the reception service was excellent, and the small bar staff were friendly.
