The place looked like a dilapidated apartment, which was unsettling, and there was no parking in front of the house. The accommodation was old; I’d suggest looking for another pension if possible.
The price was cheap, but it was drafty and full of bugs.
The room was warm, which I liked; overall I was satisfied when considering the price. Snow fell and I had to clear it, yet it was still slippery and made me uneasy climbing up. The parking was in front of my room, but after dinner the lot filled up and I barely managed to park. I couldn’t find a place to leave the car after dinner, so I had to walk up from the parking lot, which felt like a hike.
The facilities were outdated, but the rest, family, view, value for money, and friendliness made it worthwhile; I visit often like a second home. The barbecue is great. If you want a modern hotel‑like pension, this isn’t it. It’s good for family camping.
