The room was very clean, with fresh and warm linens. The bathroom was spacious, had a hair dryer, and hand soap was available on site. The area was pleasant and quiet, and the kitchen was well equipped. The room felt a bit chilly at the start of October, but that could probably be clarified with the owner.

Excellent guest house. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and it was very clean. Hot water was uninterrupted. There is a shared kitchen with everything needed. Parking is available. The host is wonderfully hospitable. I recommend it!

I chose Guest House Fazisi for its budget friendliness and the owner Zaur’s offer of transfers and tours around the city and other interesting spots like Tsxaltuba, the sulphur spring, the foraging farm, the indescribably beautiful waterfalls, and more. Short story: Zaur gets 10 out of 10 for travel! Moreover, the room I picked, with a cozy terrace and a rocking cradle, let me fully recover after a day full of excitement. I also want to mention Zaur’s wine and chacha; surprisingly, even mixing the drinks didn’t give me a headache the next day. Very grateful and I recommend it to romantics!

The location is close to the city center and the railway station, but it’s on a hill. The photos match reality. There’s a shared kitchen with all the essentials. The only drawback is the noise level, especially from the neighboring dog, which made it hard to sleep.
