Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to how the staff and management handled a payment-related issue. While we appreciated the hotel's initial willingness to accommodate our request, the process that followed was unnecessarily complicated, with significant delays, poor communication, and a lack of clear explanations. Despite repeated follow-ups, we were often told that the matter was being handled, without receiving meaningful updates or seeing any real progress. Unfortunately, it was only after we formally escalated the situation that meaningful action was finally taken. What should have been a relatively straightforward process turned into several weeks of unnecessary frustration

La localización. Es muy céntrico y está en una buena zona. The location. It's very central and in a good area. The bathrooms. I stayed in three rooms of different categories because the first one I was assigned was very small and uncomfortable. Then I stayed in a superior room, and later in a mid-range one. The bathrooms were bad in all of them. Except for the superior room, the bathrooms are crammed into a closet where you have to step up to get inside, and only one person can fit. In the last room, there was also a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. And then the light switches—in all the rooms, they are far away. You have to get out of bed to turn off the light. Even charging your phone is a nightmare

- The hotel is in an excellent centralized location, around the corner from Parque Espana and Parque Mexico - a short walk to many restaurants like Baldio, Contramar, and Lardo; sweets like Odette, Tomasa, and Churreria El Moro; and to the Chapultepec area. There is a cafe next door and a bar downstairs. We booked a room with a window which happened to face the street, but it seems to be a quiet neighborhood and I never noticed a lot of traffic outside. - The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the whole building was very clean. The cleaning staff came to our room every day, so we came home to a fresh bed and fresh towels after being out exploring all day. - We didn't use any of the other facilities like the lounge, so I can't speak to them, but the elevator always worked and the lobby was always sparkling clean. - I wasn't sure how I felt about having to give my room key to the front desk every time I left or came back, as I have never experienced that before; but someone was always there at all hours so it was never an issue, and I never had the opportunity to lose the key, which was helpful and probably the idea behind this practice. - The room was great and had everything we needed, but I would suggest a shelf or a waterproof table of some kind in the shower for storing shampoo and things, as we had to keep bending down to use our toiletries which we had to keep on the floor
