We were overcharged and some of us had to sleep on the floor while my sister was in ICU fighting for her life; the staff didn’t care, didn’t offer the hospital discount even though we had our tags and explained the situation; the booking was supposed to be 179 with breakfast, we paid over 200$ and still had to order and buy breakfast, and some of us slept on the floor.

The staff were excellent – I travel a fair amount, and the Southern Hospitality here was genuine. I really appreciate these folks!

I’m not familiar with Winston‑Salem, but this location was wonderful and I could navigate where I needed to go; all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you so very much, I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend this location to people. 👍👍👍👍

The location was convenient, especially being close to our event at Wake Forest, but the property feels dated.
