“Overall, the basic amenities and room maintenance really need improvement.”

The hotel experience was disappointing. They only offered one type of soap for both showering and shampooing, which is very inconvenient. I forgot my shampoo and had no choice but to use theirs. The scent was unpleasant and strong. After washing my hair, it became extremely dry, stiff, and tangled—I could barely run my fingers through it, let alone brush it. The shower was also frustrating because the shower head sprayed water in all directions and couldn’t be adjusted properly. On top of that, the TV was broken, so I couldn’t use it at all during my stay.

The staff were helpful. We had a room without a window, which was very drafty. The elevator made a noise when it stopped on a floor, and we could hear it in the room. Communication with the staff was done via Google Translate.

I was quite pleased with the hotel's location, as it was within a 10-minute drive from popular attractions like the War Remnants Museum and Post Office. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the fact that my room on the 6th floor was situated right next to the laundry and housekeeping facilities, and the thin walls made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep due to the early morning noise.
