Nothing special stood out, but the hotel didn’t offer good value for money and Christine at reception was inconvenient as a customer support representative.

The reception staff were very unfriendly, no smiles or warmth at all, and the breakfast buffet was very sparse.

When I arrived, a guy named Miljan greeted me at the front desk with courtesy and excellent service, and I immediately sensed that the hotel and its staff had a good attitude; the hotel was very clean, the service was wonderful, and I thanked Miljan for his care throughout our stay, as he happily helped with everything I asked for; I highly recommend the hotel and am already planning to return, thanks again to Miljan for making us feel comfortable. The rooms were clean, the pool was large and spacious, and the staff’s service was excellent; everything we needed was provided, and the manager named Milgan at reception was always helpful, guiding us politely and professionally; I would love to come back and recommend the hotel.

The food was good, but I had booked all-inclusive and the staff didn’t tell me that lunch and dinner didn’t include drinks, nor did they explain any hotel details such as meal times; I had to go up to the room on my own without any staff to help, and I had to carry the bags myself.
