The receptionist, Laurine, was very responsive and eager to help, and the Thai restaurant served very tasty Thai food.

Everything was perfect—the rooms and the restaurant—there was nothing negative.

The toilets came with heated seats, which I liked, but the staff were terrible at communicating and never explained how things worked; they also promised that cleaning the room, ironing a shirt, or sending a car would take a very long time. The description said there was a wellness centre, yet you actually have to pay 100 e p.p. and take a car to another spa, which was very misleading. I had to wait 45 minutes for an omelette at breakfast, and the buffet was very limited. There is no lobby or lounge at all, so I would advise staying elsewhere – it’s not worth the money.

The staff were extremely polite and friendly. The rooms were designed in collaboration with Lalique, featuring excellent bedding and mattresses. The bathrobes were high quality, and breakfast was also to my liking – not overly abundant but everything necessary was present. The staff were always ready to fulfill any request. The salmon sashimi was a highlight, and you dine at the Maya Bay restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which I consider one of the best pan‑Asian restaurants in the world. The experience of eating this food in the snowy mountains was unusual. Transfers to Courchevel by the hotel car were very well organized, fast, and efficient, with valet service. I would improve the coffee service – the Americano at breakfast should be brought in a small jug instead of a cup to avoid having to ask for another. There was a minor inconvenience with accessing the slopes because there is no ski‑in/ski‑out; you have to go down and up a small staircase next to the hotel inside the INTERSPORT shop since the hotel has no ski garage and the equipment and boots are stored at the neighboring INTERSPORT. I would also like to see at least a small spa; currently there is only a massage room.
