“Ribeauville ist sehenswert auch die Burgruinen oberhalb sind sehenswert. Aber anstrengend”

I booked a check‑in at 3 pm, but the keys for our room were missing—forgotten. Other rooms had keys and names, just not ours. After several calls, someone finally sorted it out.

“A great place to stay would recommend.”

The room was comfortable, fully equipped, and had a kettle; the garden view was pleasant. The lobby area made the room feel larger. We didn’t use the lounge, hot tub, or sauna. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central and there was timed parking nearby (free) that we used; additional free parking is a bit further from the hotel. Nothing else.
