“Parfait en famille au sein des villas”

The resort is charming, with its bungalows and wooden bridges. The villa part is slightly off‑center and feels less warm. The staff were pleasant and responsive; thanks to Bunpheng who took care of us. We stayed in a high‑standing villa—large and clean. The kids enjoyed swimming. Breakfast is à la carte, allowing multiple dish orders. The food quality is good. We kayaked around the hotel but got little guidance on the route. The resort is 20 minutes from town; a shuttle is available on request. No shops are within walking distance. Communication with staff happens via WhatsApp or Telegram. The main pool’s construction work was not pre‑announced. The English reception could improve. Access to the villas could be better. Currently, the area is a storage space for the work.

The staff were very friendly and responded quickly to our needs. The setting was lovely, especially the boat ride around the Green Cathedral. The villa with a private pool was huge and almost brand new, making the hotel highly recommendable. When we arrived, we discovered that the pool was under repair and unusable, but the manager promptly upgraded us to the villa with a private pool, so there were no complaints. It was low season and everything was “half‑priced.” Breakfast wasn’t a buffet because there were few guests, which was logical, but it meant we didn’t get a buffet breakfast. There was no hot water in the shower, which was surprising given the level of the facilities. A single roll of toilet paper was the only issue, possibly due to limited staff during the low season. Still, I recommend it. With more staff, things would run smoother, the facilities are great and the staff are kind. The location is a bit far, but that’s also a plus: it’s a quiet environment. They provide a daily taxi for round trips, and otherwise Grab takes 10–15 minutes by tuk‑tuk for 3 dollars.

The room was huge and well equipped, and we enjoyed kayaking right from the hotel. The shower was cold and the breakfast could have been better.

The resort was beautiful and the staff were amazing, making for a lovely stay overall. It would have been nice if good coffee were included in the breakfast.

I love the natural tree house with a lake view; the room is clean, beautifully designed, and classic in style, making me feel cozy and relaxed. It offers great value. The hot water didn’t work properly during my stay, but everything else was very good, and I love it.
