The place is in a solid spot, AC is a lifesaver and the bed is comfy. The room could use a deeper clean, and since it's the owner's home there's no front desk—he'll greet you, a girl is there in the mornings, but no one on Sundays.

The lady and her daughter are super friendly. The room is tiny, full of spiders, and you can't move around with two backpacks. The cleaning could use a lot of work, and the city center means you hear music all night.

The house feels cozy and clean, with comfy rooms. But there was no water for a whole day, the lounge had a strange smell, and they added a 6% fee when you pay by card.

The place is warm and right in the heart of Getsemaní, so you can sleep well and grab food or shop nearby. The furniture feels a bit old, though.

I can't say for sure if there were minors, but later on they seem to allow strange relationships between guests and local women, which is not something we see back home.
