The place is pretty and the owner Jasmín is very friendly. The breakfast is tasty. The price is very high when you consider that the rooms are small, they don’t clean the rooms daily, the location is a bit far from the center and the area where it’s located is a little lonely. When I asked for an invoice they told me they had to charge more than what appeared on the Booking page (no other hotel had told me that, and I’ve stayed in many). I also asked if they could lend me a computer to buy a ticket and they said no. A few days later I insisted that I needed the invoice and they never responded.

“Nuevo, Excelente ubicacion y desayunos”

The location is very good, just a few blocks from the main streets and plazas. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, it’s a shame that the tours start so early that we could only have breakfast on a few days; on those days they helped us with a lunch to eat on the way. The room had everything new (mattress, linens, bathroom), the mattress was very comfortable, the wifi was excellent, and there was also a TV. Fernando the front‑desk was attentive to our questions and Jasmin the owner helped us a lot with agency recommendations for the tours, which were excellent; she is the one who prepares the breakfasts. The room is small, only fits the bed, no space for a chair or sofa or to move luggage.

The breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit and amazing beans! Good location. The owners’ service was excellent! Thanks! The pillows were the only downside.

“Estadía perfecta”

The staff treatment was more than excellent. They helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast, prepared on the spot by Jasmín (the hotel owner), was fabulous. The location is also very good since, although not right in the center of Antigua, it’s close to everything without the congestion of the center. Everything was great.
