The buffet is good, common in other hotels, but I felt it was overpriced. The views are very good. We arrived early, it wasn’t check‑in time, I understand, but they should offer alternative options for a washroom so you can sit and get comfortable while you do what you need. At the reception on the day I arrived I asked to cancel one night of the hotel, but because I did it through the platform, they told me I had to do it myself since they couldn’t help me, which feels wrong, because even if it’s through a platform the hotel ultimately charges.

The hotel tucked into the foothills is pretty and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. It’s relatively close to the Monte Albán archaeological zone, which turned out to be a wonderful visit (about 20 minutes by car). I loved the weather. The buffet was expensive. The liquid soap for bathing seems bad because it’s very sticky and you have to waste a lot of water to rinse it off. The TV had insufficient channels; I couldn’t watch the Mexico match on free TV because they didn’t have those channels. There’s no Uber from the airport, and to leave we had to pay 750.00 pesos, which feels like a robbery.

El restaurante bien la vista de la habitación con el balcón está genial. La alberca fría llegué antes no me dieron habitación hasta la hora indicada y solo facturaron una habitación laa dos reservas fueron con Booking y que no podían que Hera por otra plataforma la solicito en Booking y que Hera con el establecimiento muy mal ese aspecto por qué no facturan lo que es
