“Não vá, pior experiencia que já tive de Hospedagem”

The local staff didn’t respect accessibility requests; I was traveling with three people with disabilities (one of them elderly). There was a step to the reception, two more steps to the rooms, bathrooms without safety bars, slippery floors, and no mats in the shower. After complaining, they promised to move the elderly guest to an accessible room, but that room had a broken window that let wind in, making it impossible for the elderly PCD to stay in the cold city air. They said they would fix it but gave no timeline, and instead assigned us a room without bathroom protections. Other PCD guests were placed in a room that required climbing a long staircase, one of whom bruised a finger falling down with luggage. The advertised “accessibility” was just areas with difficult steps between them; there was no access to gardens, decks, or other common areas, only the room (even with bathroom issues) and the dining hall (which also had many steps). The approach to the hotel is unpleasant, passing through a garbage accumulation area and buildings with exposed clotheslines.

The inn is excellent, the room is large and cozy, everything is extremely clean, the breakfast is simple and tasty, and it’s a bit far from the center, which is no problem at all.
