The place was fully equipped – each guest got their own room with sheets and towels, only the bathroom was shared. I liked it – the spot on the avenue, everything close enough to walk, the apartment was safe, clean, and tidy. The host was attentive and made us feel welcome. The only downside was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the setup was pretty basic. Still, it met my needs and I felt secure.

The trip was ruined. The listing didn't say it was shared, but when I got there the owner lived in the place and said we'd be sharing. I complained, asked to cancel and get a fee waiver, but the platform said it was the owner's decision and the owner said it was the platform's. I ended up with no accommodation and no refund. I had to cancel the trip and head back over 300 km.
