The room was spacious with a large bathroom, and the balcony was a nice touch for smokers. I found the croissants and Nutella in the breakfast sufficient, and the hotel is only a 10‑15 minute walk from the center. Andrea at reception was friendly, polite, and her clear English made communication a breeze. Thanks.

The hotel isn’t the large building shown in the photos; it sits in a smaller building among others, making access to the city center inconvenient, and I felt the price was high for what was offered. The room I received didn’t match the photos of the room I booked. When I raised the issue, I was told I had been upgraded, but the room shown was the same one I had already booked. Breakfast was included but had very few options. Overall, it was a mediocre stay that didn’t meet my expectations or justify the cost.
