The place is really far from the city centre, so the business was not good. I was the only guest checking in that day, and because of that I wasn’t allowed to use the AC, so it felt like a sauna during the day and night, losing too many sweaters made me tired, and coming to Vietnam in summer is a big mistake.

I had an unforgettable stay at Trip Ha Giang during my trip to Ha Giang. From the moment I arrived, warm smiles and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, blending comfort with local charm. Waking up to the stunning view of the mountains and rice terraces outside my window felt like a postcard. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with motorbike rentals and local hidden gems. Their knowledge and passion for their hometown enhanced my experience. The food at the homestay was another highlight: each meal was homemade, fresh, and delicious, a true taste of northern Vietnamese cuisine. Sharing dinner with other travelers and the host family was a great way to connect and learn about local culture. Whether exploring the Ha Giang Loop or seeking a peaceful escape, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s more than a place to sleep – it’s a home away from home. Thanks for an amazing stay – I’ll definitely return!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves one. The staff’s service was the best. We arrived at dawn and they kindly came by car to pick us up. We rented a motorcycle from them and, unfortunately, hit a couple of potholes in remote areas, but they always fixed it by calling a mechanic, no matter where we were. INCREIBLE. After four intense days of riding and sun, we returned the bike and collected our bags. They let us shower even though we didn’t stay that night because we were leaving by 12‑hour bus. Always attentive at all hours. TOTALLY RECOMMENDABLE. Everything was perfect.

The owner is very nice, speaks excellent English, helped us get to the motorbike rental (even though they rent them themselves) and didn’t ask for any compensation. She greeted us early in the morning and kept our luggage while we were traveling. The bed was hard, and the staff does not speak English.
