The new, well‑maintained property has a lovely, tasteful décor and sits quietly on the outskirts of Loulé. A car is essential because the restaurants and supermarkets are a few kilometres away. The large, fully equipped kitchen in the shared area is available for use, and the pool area is nice. Orange and lemon trees line the garden. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, and a big thank you also goes to the lovely Tanja.

The friendliness and attentiveness of Mr. José and Tanya were wonderful. The estate is amazing; the house has recent furniture, a very light and pleasant décor, and feels very welcoming. It’s a great spot for nature lovers and those seeking rest. I was disappointed, however, because Netflix, Prime Video, and other platforms had no Portuguese subtitles in their settings.

It’s a small place, but it has basically everything you need. The staff were friendly and courteous, though they couldn’t really speak English – at least we didn’t have much conversation. Any issues were resolved directly and satisfactorily. Check‑in and check‑out went smoothly and relaxed. Unfortunately, the breakfast left us very disappointed. 😔 All the food was pre‑packed and from the supermarket; we expected fresh produce. The coffee was from a machine with powdered milk. There weren’t enough seats for breakfast, especially when everyone arrived at the same time. There was no fresh fruit or vegetables, which was a real let‑down. Occasionally something was harvested in the garden and put into a drawer; it was usually just one fruit, and we didn’t know if we could use it. Since we were usually out during the day, we didn’t spend much time on the property. On many beach trips, it’s inevitable that you bring sand into the room. We wished there had been a broom or shovel somewhere, or at least a way to clean up during our stay. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard, so we slept poorly and left with back pain.

Overall, everything was well‑kept and had nice details to make the stay enjoyable. When everyone gathered at the same time for breakfast, there was no space, and sometimes the supplies weren’t replenished.
