The place is truly a paradise. It’s close to the Laranjeiras, Funil canyons, and you can easily reach the Portal Canyon by trail or horseback, which felt like a separate adventure. During our stay we visited the Laranjeiras canyon, which is on a neighboring property, and we also took the horseback tour offered by the lodge—an amazing experience! The cabin was cozy with a fireplace and plenty of blankets; we hit temperatures of -3 °C at night, but we never felt cold inside. Because the location is a bit out of town, we tried the pizza and the portions on the dinner menu, and everything was excellent and delivered on time. We plan to return during apple‑harvest season, between February and March.

The place is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The only downside was that the room light never fully turns off.

The coffee delivered to the cabin was perfect, simple, tasty, all made by them and the portions were just right. However, there was no rug in the room, so the floor gets icy early in the morning and that was bad.
