The front desk staff member Vivian was gentle, proactive and thoughtful, making check‑in smooth and effortless; the lobby was spacious and bright, the rooms were large with high floors offering great views, fully equipped, spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable.

The service was top‑class and the rooms felt fresh for a really good price; they even supplied an EU power socket adapter. Every request could be handled via a WeChat group, which was a neat feature for us foreigners. The only downside was the location – the hotel sits amid busy roads and the noise is noticeable.

The place has a great vibe and all the facilities are good. The breakfast is delicious - I'd definitely recommend it to anyone traveling for work or on holiday. One thing that's a bit of a bummer is that the hair dryer had a weird burnt smell.
