A calm spot a few minutes from the beach and the center, and a 10‑minute walk to the train station. The first‑floor apartment has two small balconies and two French windows; the ground‑floor unit has a kitchen entrance that opens onto a spacious hallway in front of the building—there’s a drying rack for laundry or just a place to sit. Both apartments are clean, with large comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The bedroom and kitchen are air‑conditioned. The downside is that the bathrooms have no windows, so ventilation takes longer, and the lower bathroom sometimes smelled of the drain.

“Ottima esperienza”

From the outside the building looks nice and well‑organized. Our mini‑apartment was on the first floor and accessed with a simple code. It looked new and recently renovated, fully equipped for cooking, and everything was clean and new. I was impressed by the bathroom’s complete soundproofing; nothing noisy could be heard from the outside even in the city center. The only issue is that for two people it’s fine, but with three it becomes quite uncomfortable due to the small size.

“Best place to stay in Barletta!”

Savino was an amazing host—one of the few times I’ve met someone so welcoming and genuinely helpful. He gave us the best tips for Barletta and was always ready to answer any questions. The apartment itself was superb, located right in the center so we could walk around the city easily, yet it stayed incredibly quiet at night. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which isn’t something you always find when traveling. Plus, the blackout blinds kept the morning sun and heat out, letting us sleep in a few extra hours. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Barletta!

The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well‑equipped with kitchen utensils. The reception is in a separate building, but the access details were sent via WhatsApp and were reliable (Savino was very friendly and helpful). A free parking spot can sometimes be found right around the corner at Piazza Plebiscito, though you may need to drive a few times around if it’s full. The only drawback was the very narrow staircase, which was a bit of a hassle to climb with luggage.
