The location is great, rooms and beds are clean. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for its price and quality. A few nuances: from 6:30 to 7:30 in the morning, the music from the kindergartens is quite loud. Breakfast: many items at 9:00 were rather cool (perhaps due to low occupancy during my stay). In January it’s quite cool, and windows face the main courtyard; there’s no extra heating, but extra blankets are available. English knowledge could be better; many staff members don’t speak English.

“Perfect cho mọi thứ”

The location is excellent, and staff from the bellman to housekeeping are friendly, efficient, quick, and always smiling. Breakfast isn’t as varied as a 4‑star place, but the quality is good. The room was spacious enough for my family, the mattress was fine, and all amenities were adequate and functional. We’ll return next time, thanks Sammy Dalat! The only downside was construction noise right in front of my room, but it wasn’t significant.

The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed the varied breakfast every day (four times), especially the daily soup (a different one each morning) that gave us a good start. The room was quite cool in January, the windows didn’t seal properly, and, like almost everywhere in Vietnam, it was noisy from the street and various locals.

“Memorable”

The staff were always present, polite, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and pleasant. The hotel is large and thoughtfully decorated. The only issue was the presence of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes.
