The staff showed real professionalism and were always on hand when I needed anything, which made the whole experience smooth. Honestly, I’m still searching for a downside 😂.

Everyone on the team was friendly and knew their jobs, the rooms and the restaurant were spotless, and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly. As a vegetarian, I found the menu a bit thin and had to wait longer than I’d like for my meals to arrive.
