The location was good, but there was a horrible animal‑pee smell and the bathroom had broken tile; overall I couldn’t get over the odor.

The location was great and the staff were friendly; I had a surprise online client before checking in and they let me into the room early. There was no breakfast.

The exterior was clean, but the room was nasty: ripped curtains, no shower head, dark, musty, with the wall air conditioning running nonstop, and it was expensive.

The public areas (parking, walkway, etc.) smelled like dog urine. I was given a room with two large dogs barking in the next room; the young male receptionist then moved me to another room and demanded I sign for both rooms. When I refused until he returned the receipt for the unsatisfactory room, he called the police and I was evicted for trespassing. The hotel claims the fee is a “no show.” The only reason to stay here is if you can’t find another place that allows dogs.

The place is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly; the area feels charmingly quaint.
