The space was fine but not essential for me. I paid for a SEA VIEW and they claimed that was all they could offer because I booked through a different source. I specifically paid for a sea view. I’ve always liked booking through here, but this was extremely disappointing. My vacation didn’t match what I had planned, and it was a terrible experience.

The room was clean, but it felt outdated. The staff tried to sell me a timeshare as soon as I checked in—no thanks, this is my first stay and I need to decide first. They asked why I was only staying one night, as if that was the only reason. The staff was rude, except for the wonderful lady serving drinks by the pool, who was a delight.

The location was great, right on the ocean front. It was a 4 pm check‑in, but the room wasn’t ready until 8 pm, and we still had to wait until 10:30 pm to get in—totally unacceptable for the price paid. Checking in took forever because the staff was really slow.

The room was great with plenty of amenities, but the pull‑out bed was broken and uncomfortable.
