The staff were genuinely friendly, even though none of them spoke English, and the bedroom was surprisingly roomy and comfy. Unfortunately the Wi‑Fi was spotty, we only got paper towels instead of real ones, and the lift was out of service while the fire‑escape stairs were grimy and dim. Getting a taxi was a hassle too—drivers kept missing the address and the spot isn’t exactly central.

The hotel’s service was warm and attentive; every staff member greeted us with a smile and was ready to help, making us feel right at home from check‑in onward. Our room was bright and spacious, decorated in a simple modern style, with a soft bed, clean linens and all the basics—TV, AC, fridge, kettle—working perfectly. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and the location was spot‑on, with buses, a metro stop, and plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away.
