I loved the location, but the bed was uncomfortable and the phone didn't work. I sent a request for an electronic invoice days before and still haven't received it.

The place is in an excellent spot and the staff were helpful, far better than we expected. It feels a bit dated, but a few upgrades would make it perfect.

The location is great, quiet, safe, and close to everything. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable – the hotel is old but well maintained, and the bed felt new.
The spot was great, yet the lack of detail and cleanliness left something to be desired.

The area is easy to get around and quiet, the rooms were clean, there were enough towels, and the double blinds kept the night dark. However, there were no hooks for hanging towels. At reception, a staff member who didn't speak Italian well tried to help us find a dance spot but couldn't.
