We felt welcomed, the rooms were clean (though a day was missed when towels were left in the bathroom), the location was good, the staff were fine, and the food was plentiful and decent. What we enjoyed most was the atmosphere created by the animators (darts, bingo, tombola, karaoke, etc.) and the efforts of Tereza and Anete, the darts host (sorry I didn’t catch his name), and Hakan at the restaurant who was always the first to respond promptly to requests. Overall, the vacation was successful and worth it. On a small note, there should be many more adult‑only slides, free spa, sauna, and hammam; these are expected at such a resort.

The pool was clean, but when I booked the stay I specifically asked about parking. I was told there was parking and everything was fine. At arrival, the receptionist and a very young, arrogant staff member told me, “Emi, there are no parking spots; park on the street.” The receptionist and the staff behaved in an appalling, arrogant manner. The breakfast was bland, and the dinner was the same. Lunch changed the main dish each time. The beach was overcrowded and muddy. The air‑conditioning didn’t work well. One night the power cut and the generators whined so loudly that I couldn’t sleep. The cleaning crew made such noises at 8–9 am, as if doing major repairs, and no one seemed to care that we were there to rest. The whole experience was unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.

I had a decent stay, nothing particularly good or bad to note.

The hotel was clean and quiet, the pool, rooms and beach were gorgeous, the buffet was varied and tasty – overall a great visit. The reception staff were a touch lacking in warmth and friendliness; the front‑desk personnel were somewhat indifferent.
