The spot is well‑priced and in a good area, yet the bathroom entrance had broken tiles, the doors were stiff, and there was no soap near the sink. The property hosts dogs that may nuzzle guests, and the owner confirmed they are vaccinated. The reception staff had already dealt with several complaints at this address.

I was surprised (in bad meaning) by attitude to guests. Like from administration same from other guests. Also I have audio proofs of some fights we had in that place: everyday SAME. Host/admin (name IRA/irina) just speak very rude and make a lot of noise everyday from nothing. This is bot professional. I was surprised (in bad meaning) by attitude to guests. The homey vibe, the ability to cook and use the kitchenware, the price, and the location were all positives, but a drunk neighbor kept me awake until 2 a.m. with chatter, the pillow was hard, and there were ants in the room.
