“This place has everything you need for a stay especially with kids.”
Everything was excellent: facilities, staff, location, and cleanliness.
“最高”
The room was spacious and the bed was excellent, with no complaints.
“Отличные номера, хороший сервис”
The apartments were gorgeous, the kitchen and shower were as pictured, and everything else matched the photos perfectly.
No cleaning was provided during the stay.
The staff tried to add a USD 130/night parking fee even though the hotel advertised “free parking,” and they also attempted to charge USD 75 for my dog even though my reservation included a pet and there was no mention of a pet fee. They delayed my check‑in by an hour while they pushed these extra charges, so I will never stay here again.
