The garden was natural and the relaxation area was nice, but everything else was fine.

Nothing good. The owner’s attitude showed zero respect for customers. The rule that you must stay between 12:00‑15:00 to avoid a “discomfort” fee means you can only check in during that window; otherwise you’ll be charged a 35‑lei fee for check‑in. The owner says this fee covers the cost of him driving to open the gate after the above hours (that’s his words). Even though I sent a message around 12:00 saying I’d finish work at 15:00 and arrive later, when I got there the condition was still to pay the 35‑lei fee. He sets this fee at his discretion, as he himself stated. I understand it might be for spa, gym, pool, etc., but not for fuel. When I booked I didn’t mention any extra personal expenses for the owner. Because he treated us as if we were “empty‑handed,” I decided to cancel and leave, even though I had paid in full. One of his replies was: “stay or leave?” I never paid him directly; the money would anyway go to him via Booking. I sent an email to Booking to cancel and get a refund, but the owner’s response was negative, obviously. I’d rather lose the money than stay in a place where rudeness is at its peak. At least we didn’t have a SUV, otherwise I don’t know what fee he would have imposed. The story goes on.

I liked how the garden looked and that you could barbecue, play table tennis, or swim in their pool. The small cabanas had no windows or ventilation, so during the day the inside felt like a sauna. They offered us a ventilator because we couldn’t sleep. Other than that they were very welcoming. TV.
