The location of this hotel was its only redeeming feature - it was in a great spot. Unfortunately, the hospitality was lacking, and we didn't feel particularly welcome during our stay.

The hotel's location was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was let down by some pretty basic amenities - namely, the lack of a lift in a three-storey building. It was a bit of a pain to lug our bags up and down the stairs.

The front open space of this hotel was actually quite nice, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The rest of our stay was pretty underwhelming, and we didn't feel like it lived up to our expectations.

The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, the staff didn't quite live up to the standard I'd expect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service was a letdown. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the staff's attitude really marred the experience.
