The location was good, the staff were friendly, the Wi‑Fi was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The bathroom wasn’t well maintained (though I didn’t use it), and I would have liked the TV to work properly or to be positioned more comfortably.

There was absolutely nothing good. The room was dirty, condoms were found, roaches and spiders were present, toilets were filthy, and there was constant noise.

Nothing positive. I had a family emergency on arrival, requested a refund, and they said they’d email the owner for a full refund, but the owner outright refused. The ceiling was swollen with holes, the mirror was broken, the shower curtain fell onto my head when I tried to close it, the bed was itchy until I sprayed it with Doom, the power went out with no backup, our room had a sliding door with no key and a broken handle, the “shared kitchen” had no plastic cups or utensils, the pool was extremely dirty and the bottom was invisible, the bathroom door was falling apart and didn’t close properly, the bathroom was filthy with spiders beside the toilet, an empty bubble‑bath bottle lay on the floor next to the toilet, and the sink tap wouldn’t stop dripping—overall a horrible place.
