The location was excellent, and the hosts were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The only drawback was that breakfast was not included for the price paid.

The property was lovely, the garden was great, and the location was super central. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The only issue was a damp smell, especially in the kitchen cabinets.

“A haven of peace and quiet, close to beaches, restaurants and yet feels like being in the country.”

It was a private, gated spot surrounded by lush plants and trees, and it was so quiet even though we were just 5 minutes from the beach and a busy highway. The owners were kind, helpful, and welcoming, making our stay the best possible. We were only 6 km from downtown Ponta Delgada and just minutes from all the beautiful roads on the island.

“Let op! Goed, maar gedeelde faciliteiten!”

The location is gorgeous, a great base to explore the island and close to a fantastic beach! The people were very hospitable, occasionally bringing us fruit, a snack, or something tasty—so kind! Beware: all the facilities mentioned were shared among everyone—there was no private terrace, view, drying rack, fridge, kitchen, or seating area. We had a room with two beds, a wardrobe, a private shower and sink, a small table with two plates, two mugs, two glasses, and some cutlery, plus a kettle with coffee and tea bags. No coffee maker! For the price, it was too expensive for what you actually get.

This place was perfect for a family with two children (4 and 7 years old). The garden was beautiful for the kids to explore while the parents relaxed. The house itself was nice, stocked with everything we needed, and the beach was just a short walk away. All in all, we loved our stay here!
