Location, cleanliness, apartment size. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and pleasant. The shared kitchen and the refrigerators were crowded and it was unclear whose items were whose; a terrace would have been nice, but the building is like that.

We were traveling by bus, so I can’t comment on parking. The host was kind. Since it was our first time, I asked for a brochure of what to see, and he prepared it for us. The only downside was that the toilet paper could be of better quality.
