Staff, especially Leslie, were fantastic, but the original room was extremely small and uncomfortable; the ice maker on the floor didn’t work, and in the new room the refrigerator was also non‑functional, though staff managed to get me a replacement.

The room was big, the bathroom even bigger, and everything was very clean, plus there was free parking; however, the name implies an airport hotel, yet it’s actually in Chelsea, which isn’t a great area.

The place was very clean and close to the airport, though the water pressure was kind of low; overall it was fine.

It was a perfectly adequate hotel for a late arrival near the airport, and breakfast was pretty good, but the hotel felt a little threadbare and worn, and breakfast was expensive for what it was.
