We were very satisfied with all the facilities, especially the laundry service. The street was quite loud at night, but that was a minor downside.

The location is great—close to Seoul Station, N Tower, Myeongdong, and you can walk 30‑40 minutes to many Seoul sites like the palaces or N Tower (or take a 10‑minute cable car). It’s well‑equipped and suitable for a longer stay. The area is reasonably quiet, with many facilities just a few minutes’ walk away. Everything was fine—just the stairs were a bit of a struggle with suitcases, but I was aware of that beforehand.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of four (two adults and two kids). The apartment was spacious, with three bedrooms, a great location, and all the essentials. The kitchen was superbly equipped, even with spices and coffee supplied. The neighborhood was quiet, and the owner, Chucki, was excellent to communicate with. A solid 10/10—one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!
