“Definitely use again. Lovely bathroom, beds, crisp bedding.”
The boutique vibe is just three stops from the centre, but you have to climb a steep hill and hop on a bus that crosses the street directly.
“A Great Place for a Bath Break!”
Location, rooms, and that rare Bath experience of on‑site car‑parking all add up to a great place to stay! We'd definitely stay here again – despite the Saturday morning breakfast experience below. Saturday's breakfast service was haphazard to say the least. We seemed to get forgotten about and waited 40 minutes for our food – which by then included burnt bacon and poached eggs that had gone hard! Such a shame, as Friday's breakfast and service were first class!

“Perfect for a short trip to Bath 🤩”
Quaint bed and breakfast, good location. Cleanliness, helpful staff, excellent breakfast
