I was left with nowhere to stay because the owner wouldn’t let anyone in, and six of us were stranded—definitely a con man.

Everything was a disaster—our special trip was ruined, we lost £370, the owner has tenants and is profiting from bookings so you can’t get in, we missed half the concert we’d travelled 3 hours for, and we had to get ready on a doorstop while he kept taking our money.

The bathroom was very good with an excellent shower, and the room was large, comfortable, and the fridge was very useful; however, the outside of the property needed clearing, too many discarded items made it look very tatty, giving a rough first impression.
